Starting off as nothing more than a girl with a dream to finance her international travels. Over the past 8 years Gypsy Chic has evolved to be a portal to a realm of worldly treasures and fashions. Armed with one credit card and a keen sense of fashion. The founder of Gypsy Chic, Jamie Jensen, set out to create a business that would bring all the styles she loves to one place.
One major player in the Gypsy Chic is Jammine: a native Thai Rasta with the skills and knowledge that only a master tailor can possess. His free spirited ideas are a key element to the eclectic style that make up many of our unique designs.
His factory isn’t very big, but the employees are happy, hard-working folk & family, that always get the job done with a smile.
Come and check out our shop on historic Mississippi Avenue. On the east side of the street, just south of Shaver street.
